Refund Policy for Archived Activities

RID follows the refund policy of Udemy for archived sessions. Please see the policy below.

All courses purchased on Udemy can be refunded within 30 days. Maybe you bought a course by mistake, or the content wasn’t exactly what you were expecting; maybe you simply didn’t like it. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through the Contact Support form or by requesting a refund from the course dashboard.

Request a refund from the course dashboard

  1. Copy the course URL
  2. Click the course settings gear
  3. Click Request refund
  4. Send a ticket through the Contact Support form with the course URL

All refunds will be credited back a card or PayPal account. Note: Purchases made on mobile cannot be refunded.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

While our 30 day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Refunds for bundles

If you purchased the course through a deal site like Amazon or Stacksocial, we cannot process your refund. Since the transaction was made outside of Udemy, please get in touch with the third party site to process the refund.

Mobile Purchases

Purchases made through the iOS or Android app cannot be refunded. On the app, payments are processed by either Apple or Google and we do not have the ability to refund the course. If you would like to request a refund, please reach out to Apple or Google Support directly.
