RID committees are a vital element of the leadership structure of the association by playing a crucial role in extending the reach of our strategic goals of education, standards, relationships and resources. Their mission is to accomplish specific tasks assigned by the RID Board of Directors, often as the result of motions passed by the membership. They oversee programs, implement special initiatives, develop working papers, assist the board of directors, strengthen RID’s ties with key stakeholders and provide expertise and guidance in many areas.
